TID has been committed to providing our customers with a reliable supply of water since its inception in 1887. With its foresight and innovative thinking about meeting changing environmental demands while protecting our long standing water rights, we are building on prior achievements, developing solutions to enhance our investments, and safeguarding our natural resources, all to maintain a dependable water system.

Irrigation

TID owns and maintains more than 250 miles of gravity-fed canals and laterals serving over 4,900 irrigation customers covering approximately 150,000 acres of farmland.

We strive to introduce inventive ways to meet the local community's needs for power generation and irrigation, while also preserving fish and wildlife populations.
