Spend at least $20 on ENERGY STARŪ Qualified screw-in Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFLs) and receive a $10 rebate from the Turlock Irrigation District. Click here for more details.

Start, Stop or Transfer Service

You may start, stop or transfer electric service by visiting any of the three Business Offices or by calling us at 883-8222.

Be prepared to tell us the date your service needs to be activated or turned off.

Deposit Information

To find out if a deposit is needed to activate service, call Customer Service at
883-8222. From the Patterson area, call 892-4953.

Request a Duplicate Bill

You may request a duplicate bill by visiting any TID customer service location, by calling 883-8222 (892-4953 from the Patterson area) or by e-mailing us at CustomerService@tid.org. You may be asked to provide your account number and identifying information.
